The Cozy Land Garden Fairy is a character from "Dibo the Gift Dragon", she only appears in the episode "Bunny Makes A Garden". She is a magical being called a "fairy" who uses fairy dust to make flowers grow quickly. She is a tiny garden fairy who has a plucked rose bud as her hair, wears a green zig zag shaped floral patterned dress, sunflower petals as a collar, and yellow bags as gloves and shoes, she also wears green bloomers under her dress.
