Underwood began dating Canadian hockey player Mike Fisher in late 2008, and he popped the question in December 2009. The pair said “I do” in a luxe country ceremony in Georgia in July 2010. They welcomed sons Isaiah and Jacob in February 2015 and January 2019, respectively. Before her second son was born, Underwood shared that she suffered three miscarriages in two years.
